Carl Grant is one of the Premiere members of the TOTALBODYDEFENCE organisation a qualified fitness and training instructor Carl is also a 3rd Dan in Goshinkwai yawara and has over 20 years experience in training and physical fitness. Carl also has extensive experience of boxing training his brother Dennis Grant 6times Welsh schoolboy champion and one time British he has also boxed for the Army and National Prison Side.

Carl continues to Train in Goshinkwai and Win Chung.
